Produced from selected Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes harvested from a single, 50-year-old vineyard, this white wine has an impressive body and structure that is noble and elegant, pairing well with white meats and complex seafood dishes. The notable minerality gives longevity to this wine, which can also be enjoyed a few years down the line.

Vineyards: from a single vineyard where the vines are 50 years old, cultivated according to organic cultivation methods
Soil: sands originating during the Pliocene rich in fossil skeletons
Harvest: manual harvest in small crates only during the coldest hours of the early morning

Fermentation: Maceration pre-fermentaire for 2h hours before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks
Ageing: 12 months in stainless steel tanks and bottled without filtration
Refining: short bottle refinement before market release

Bottle production: 4000 bottles 0,75l

Alcohol: 13.5% vol.

Color: straw yellow with golden highlights
Nose: floral and mineral aromas, a structured and elegant wine
