Orhora is a white wine blend of Verdicchio, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown with a constant, dry breeze due to their location at the top of a hill with a north-wast exposure. Hand-picked early in the morning, the varietals are fermented and aged separately in both stainless steel and barrique barrels to retain freshness and obtain complexity and structure. A great aperitif wine that also pairs well with savory tarts, quiches or souffles at the start of any meal.
