Corti & Corti is bottled every year in a limited and numbered series: an elegant sparkling wine with only a slight rosé color, fine and persistent perlage supported by a freshness and marked acidity that is typical of Sangiovese, with a creamy and sapid mouthfeel that makes it ideal for food pairing.

Fermentation: soft pressing of the native grapes to make the base wine which is kept in stainless steel tanks until the following spring
Ageing: base wine is bottled the following spring with the addition of sugars and selected yeasts: the bottles are left to rest in our underground cellar arranged in the traditional piles where the wine ages on the lees for 24 months
Alcohol: 12.5%
Color: slight rosé in colour with a fine and persistent perlage
Nose: the nose is dominated by fragrant notes of red fruits, it has a fresh and marked acidity typical of Sangiovese but is creamy and sapid in the mouth with a persistent finish
