The fruity and young Ciarlone, a man with any easy speech (babbler), is a red wine that pays tribute to the convivial dimension that has always accompanied this cheerful red wine, a young Montecucco that is easy to drink and a great companion to pleasant evenings spent in good company.

Vineyards: south-west facing spur trained cordon vines cultivated according to organic cultivation methods
Yield: 70HL/ha
Soil: Polymorphous and varied with outcropping lines on clay on otherwise arid soils rich in rocks
Harvest: manual harvest in late September, selected and sorted before fermentation
Fermentation: in temperature controlled stainless steel vats using selected yeasts followed by 15 days of maceration
Ageing: in stainless steel tanks
Refining: short bottle refinement before market release
Alcohol: 13%
Color: bright red
Nose: bright aromas of luscious fruit, plum and cherry, intense flavors with a soft and youthful freshness and a pleasant, bitter note.
