A wine of rather intense color and aromas, it decidedly shows its traditional, dry Chianti Classico character with pleasant and persistent mature red fruit flavors and hints of oak reminiscent of the 12 months spent aging inside a French oak barrique barrel.

Produced with a combination of Merlot and Sangiovese grapes, this valuable wine is very limited, with a yearly production of just 500/800 bottles. Ruby red with hints of violet, rich spicy aromas and a good structure of noble tannins from 24 months of barrel aging that enrich this innovative wine’s complexity.

75cl Extra Virgin Olive Oil bottle, produced with olives grown in the Chianti Classico near Panzano. Cold pressed mechanically and slight filtering to preserve quality over time.
