The name Cambio (Italian for change) combines the word Campo or field with the Italian word for organic, biologico, a change that expresses the Tiberini wine-making philosophy of using natural and modern viticulture to produce clean and healthy wines in a sustainable way. Known today as a land of reds, Montepulciano was previously known for quality white wines and this has the typical characteristics of Le Caggiole terroir resulting in a well well-balanced wine with a mineral character, great taste progression and length.
