Made from just the single Tuscan varietal Malvasia Nera, traditionally used in wine blends, this elegant red wine expresses dark fruit flavors combined with balsamic notes. Its notable complexity and body, enhanced through its aging in French oak barrels, pairs well with black pepper salami, truffle flavored cheeses and sauces and meats richly favored with herbs.
